#WORTHINGTON TRACTOR SERIAL#
Twice I got a wrong serial break part and had the correct one the next day with the understanding that next time I went to local store I had to drop off wrong part. Within 3 days I had the parts drop shipped at no extra charge from either the Sikeston or St. Local store, Leesburg, IN usually has the stuff I need but several times didn't. Wow, I have the exact opposite relations with them. Posted 22:32 (#1354767 - in reply to #1354479) Subject: RE: Worthington Ag Parts Sucks! Been very happy with the service from that store. When looking for a part, they have always returned my calls to tell me if they have it, or not. Have had numerous dealings with the store by Worthington MN without a hitch.

#WORTHINGTON TRACTOR INSTALL#
Just ended up going to JD and bought it.Įngine runs good but took over a month to install it because of waiting on parts. 14 days later it showed up still no module but the harness was not cut this time. Called them up told them what we found out and they said they would send us another wiring harness and computer with module. Did not send the module to send power to the injection pump. Waited 10 days for it to show up, then they cut ends off instead of unplugging them. But they did not send the wiring harness or computer with it. In fact it matter more to you than anyone. Sometimes you just have to get in a truck and go get it. Posted 19:53 (#1354534 - in reply to #1354479) Subject: RE: Worthington Ag Parts Sucks! More than likely I'd be looking at a jail cell as mad as I am today! Ha! that would probably work but I'm afraid of what I might do if I actually got face to face with one of them. Posted 19:06 (#1354487 - in reply to #1354483) Subject: RE: Worthington Ag Parts Sucks! Guy finally refunded us our money right then and there to simply get us away from there. Mom went to the farm show, well attended farm show, and went to their booth and berated them about how shoddy they were and what a sorry group they were, in essence humiliated them. Well it wouldn't work and they wouldn't give us a refund. Posted 19:03 (#1354483 - in reply to #1354479) Subject: RE: Worthington Ag Parts Sucks!ĭo what Mom did. I'm not the type of guy that does that sort of thing but I really needed that part this weekend and was lied to about it being shipped last Fri. Seriously considering writing their main office to complain about lack of customer service and plain ole incompetence.

too, sent the wrong part 2 times and finally 3rd time was the charm and got the right part. Went all day and I hear nothing, so I call at 4:00 pm today and they tell me it will be shipped Monday! Needless to say I was pissed and told them to keep it I'd find another one. After another week goes by I call back this morning and inquire about my order and the guy tells me he'll check on it and get right back to me. went by I called them to see if it had been shipped yet and was told it would go out today. I ordered an oil pan for my combine 2 wks. I'm specifically refering to the Sikeston, Mo. Posted 18:55 (#1354479) Subject: Worthington Ag Parts Sucks! Worthington Ag Parts Sucks!
